Shipping & Availability

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Doorbell Covers & More ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Volume shipping discounts may apply.

Doorbell Covers & More strives to not show out of stock items on your web site. In the event Doorbell Covers & More does not have an item you order in stock, you will be notified within 3 business days of the order and you will be given the option of waiting for the item to be in stock, replace the item with another, or be refunded your money for that item.  Please note that inventory levels may not always reflect all possible product options.

Doorbell Covers & More currently ships to the United States and Canada. In the future we will ship to additional countries.

We do ship to Military APO / AE addresses; however some products we may not be able to ship, and you will be notified if this is the case.  APO orders must have a United States billing address.

 

Returns / Exchanges / Warranty

Please contact us with your order number for all returns and exchanges.  We work hard to make sure our customers are satisified and have the proper items, so we will do our best to resolve any issues that may come up.

Pricing & Payment

All payments are collected at the time of order. Payments are handled through a secure connection with PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or e-checks. Payments make by e-check will be held until payment clears, usually about 5 business days.  Doorbell Covers & More does not accept checks or COD’s for internet orders.

All orders shipped to an address within the state of Arizona will incur an 8.1% sales tax.  Sales tax does not apply elsewhere.
